Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide expert-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across various technology platforms, including desktops, telephony, AV, collaboration, messaging, remote access, and mobility.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Client Experience
    • Deliver exceptional client experiences, providing white-glove support to executives, senior leadership, and global end users.
    • Strengthen relationships across the global organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Process Improvement
    • Drive process improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline technical support processes and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Develop and implement best practices for technical support, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless technology experiences.
    • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in desktop support/engineering
  • Strong understanding of the requirements of supporting financial markets businesses
  • Knowledge of principles of service management (support and delivery)
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems life cycles
  • Strong grounding in all areas of infrastructure technology and engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
