Job Description
  • Registration and check-out of hotel guests
  • PBX operations, mail and message service
  • Providing outstanding service to guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations
