Job Summary
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, participating in the efforts of our technical team, and guiding the efforts of our business as we grow and expand our services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements.

Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 support to end-users through our telephone support line* Manage ticket escalations and production crisis situations of client systems* Collaborate with Site support on specific site support issues and procedures* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related area or 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area. Prior experience in Customer Service and phone experience is preferred. Microsoft Certifications and hands-on PC or Macintosh experience are also desirable.

Estimated Salary Range
$50,000 - $75,000
