Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a Facilities Receptionist to support a large multinational technology client in Cambridge, MA.

We are looking for a highly skilled receptionist who can effectively manage general office and facilities duties, ensuring a positive experience for all occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Process vendor and visitor badges using the AGES system.
  3. Report any inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
  4. Manage breakroom supplies and maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies.
  5. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and maintain a log of all activity.
  6. Intake work orders via the Tririga tool.
  7. Issue temporary parking passes as required.
  8. Perform other duties to support operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
