Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Performance Leader to join our team at Arizon Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the HVAC industry.

About the Role

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day activities to secure orders with satisfactory margins from assigned accounts and markets.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quote and order goals within assigned market territories.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, factory representatives, engineers, vendors, and other contacts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of accounts and projects in the CRM system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum) or relevant experience in the HVAC design or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work on a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
