Sales Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Lead to join our team at Double Star Maryland Heights Llc. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicating value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Job SummaryThe Executive Sales Lead will report directly to the C-level executives and be responsible for creating and communicating sales goals, ensuring that progress is informed to the executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Responsibilities- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Goal Communication: Create and communicate sales goals to C-level executives, ensuring that progress is informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers, partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements.
- Value Proposition Communication: Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our products or services.
- Account Reporting: Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
