We are seeking an experienced Sales and Solutions Metalworking Professional to join our team at E&R Parent Holding LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our market presence in metalworking categories.
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share in metalworking industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales tactics and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Pursue cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing opportunities to optimize business performance.
- Provide training and support to customers on E&R's products and services to ensure optimal use and satisfaction.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the metalworking industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Strong understanding of metalworking technologies, including cutting tools, machine tools, and CNC operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package
$90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
