Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director - Oncology Specialist to join our team at Private Health Management. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in helping patients navigate the complex healthcare system and achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized care and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
- Clinical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in oncology to provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families.
- Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical and research team members, to identify and implement the latest therapies and treatment options.
- Leadership and Management: Manage and lead clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical oncology, with a strong track record of managing complex medical issues.
- Education and Licensure: Active NP or PA license in your home state.
- Skills and Qualities: Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure. An insatiable clinical curiosity and the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Competitive Compensation: A target base salary of $125,000-$135,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with match, and PTO.
