About the Role

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an exceptional RN Director of Informatics to lead our quality improvement initiatives and drive excellence in patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating a symphony of positive change across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance: Develop and implement groundbreaking quality improvement and compliance activities to elevate patient care and outcomes.
  • Performance Improvement Education and Empowerment: Educate and empower our staff to drive Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with Nursing Directors to integrate PI across all units and service lines, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
  • Metrics and Dashboards: Establish and implement metrics and dashboards to measure success, providing actionable insights for data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in an area related to health care management, and Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of Emotional Intelligence demonstrated by Relationship Management, Self-Awareness, and Social Awareness.
  • Licensure: Current New York State RN License.
