- Laboratory Data Interpretation: Review and interpret all laboratory data, managing abnormal reports and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Case Management: Review and manage problem cases, providing referrals as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
- Staff Evaluation: Periodically evaluate the efficiency and quality of client services with EHS staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Consultation: Regularly consult with the Vice President, Medical Affairs/Medical Director, and Human Resources to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Staff Conferences: Participate in monthly staff physician conferences to discuss relevant topics and share best practices.
- Education: Medical degree from an approved Medical School.
- Licensing: Current New York City license to practice medicine and surgery.
- Residency: Completion of residency training from an approved program.
- Credentialing: Successful completion of the credentialing process.
- Hospital Privileges: Ability to obtain hospital admitting privileges.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
