Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of services, including program development, marketing, and outreach.
  • Conduct regular program evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
  • Independent NY state licensure (LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians in a home or community setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
