We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Care Coordination team at Advocates. This role involves providing high-quality evaluations, individual clinical services, and focused leadership to staff.

As a key member of our team, you will facilitate trainings, supervise staff, and develop in-depth knowledge of our services, affiliate agencies, and community resources. You will also provide administrative oversight to ensure regulatory standards and excellence in care.

About the Position:

\

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision, oversight, and support to the Care Coordination staff within the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a related field, independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT), and valid drivers' license.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
