Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RN-Weekend to join our team as a clinician in the Weekend Territories Central areas. This role involves providing clinical services to patients in various settings within the community, utilizing thorough electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize hand-held patient care computer devices to document patient information and communicate with the care team.
  • Travel required within MGB Home Care's geographic area.
