- Quote Management: Monitor the entire quote process from start to finish, guaranteeing alignment with customer and KGP business specifications.
- RFP Processes: Participate in Request for Proposal processes and implement strategies for complex quote opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate across functions to develop capabilities and internal costs for quotes/bids.
- Pricing and Terms: Implement market-appropriate pricing and consistent pricing guidelines, applying suitable terms and conditions according to company guidelines.
- Quote Storage and Delivery: Manage quote storage and delivery within the company's system.
- Customer Communication: Provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Process Improvement: Plan and document quote development processes, identifying and resolving issues related to quotes and bids.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong customer service and communication abilities, ability to read, write, and present information effectively to customers and colleagues, and basic math operations with ease.
The typical work setting is a moderate noise level environment, requiring physical demands such as talking, hearing, sitting, and dexterity in handling objects, with visual capabilities including close vision and color perception.
