Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our agronomic data and testing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and agronomy, with a passion for planning and executing projects that drive results. As a Project Manager at Holganix, you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing logistics and operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage logistics and operations of testing and collection processes throughout the United States.
- Collaborate with data scientists and agronomists to analyze data and develop insights.
- Ensure high-quality data and processes, meeting internal and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards using various software platforms.
- Champion a culture of personal and professional development, and lead by example.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification highly valued but not required.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
- Technical proficiency with agriculture data management and analysis tools (GIS software, John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView, etc.).
