Description of Role: The Customer Service Representative will assist customers in identifying and quoting prices and availability for all required OEM parts for Blackmore and Glunt. The representative will also quote part-numbered whole goods to customers and provide order status updates as directed. The representative will interact with external customers and vendors in a professional manner at all times while answering questions or resolving disputes.

Duties:

  • Provide OEM part and whole good quotations for Blackmore and Glunt products as requested by Blackmore and Glunt staff and customers.
  • Assist fellow employees, wholesalers, and contractors by providing parts breakdowns, costs, and availability.
  • Read exploded parts views and paper/online price books.
  • Maintain job quote logs in the Blackmore and Glunt customer relationship manager (CRM) software.
  • Track order status and confirm deliveries.
  • Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and system problems.
  • Attend internal and external systems/product training as required.

Compensation: $21/hour
