About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at DriveTime. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
