Job Title: Impound Specialist

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Impound Specialist to join our team. As an Impound Specialist, you will play a critical role in the vehicle recovery process, ensuring that our customers' assets are secured and recovered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with impound facilities to secure vehicles and resolve any issues related to the impound process.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine their condition and value.
  • Make informed decisions regarding the recovery of vehicles, taking into account factors such as fees, profitability, and customer accounts.
  • Document all interactions with impound facilities, including conversations, agreements, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with recovery agents and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure that all impounded vehicles are properly documented and accounted for in our system.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
