Reinstatement Specialist

At DriveTime, we're passionate about helping our customers achieve their goals. As a Reinstatement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have the support they need to reinstate their vehicle and loan.
Key Responsibilities
As a Reinstatement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers who need assistance with reinstating their vehicle and loan
- Contacting or attempting to contact customers with repossessed vehicles
- Determining customers' ability and desire to reinstate their vehicle
- Advising customers of any required stipulations, past due amounts, and all other related fees to complete the reinstatement
- Maintaining positive working relationships and communication with the operations team during the reinstatement process
- Presenting customers with solutions, options, and programs to promote repeat business
- Performing other related duties as assigned
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Reinstatement Specialist, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be agile and adaptable, and have a strong ability to work well with others.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service and/or collections experience on the phone
- Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- A strong ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
- Availability to work weekdays from 8am-5pm at our Operations Center in the Mesa area
