We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
  • Build trust relationships with customers and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or delivery
  • Experience working with paint and coatings products
