Primary Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MA RN licensure required
- Minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing experience
- Pediatric and OB/GYN experience required for family sites
