Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current MA RN licensure

BLS certification

Minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing experience

Pediatric and OB/GYN experience preferred
