Job Summary

The Primary Care Registered Nurse is a vital member of our team at Cambridge Health Alliance, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services. As a Primary Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current MA RN licensure
  • Minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing experience
  • Pediatric and OB/GYN experience required for family sites
  • Ability to speak a second language preferred
