In this role, you will connect with potential clients, demonstrating empathy while gathering essential information about their cases. You will oversee the onboarding of new clients, manage data entry, and assist our attorneys in scheduling and organizing their appointments.

As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and commitment to helping others will be invaluable in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate incoming client inquiries to ensure they align with our firm's expertise, while providing a compassionate listening ear.

- Conduct various administrative tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence to maintain operational effectiveness. - Schedule appointments for qualified potential clients, ensuring our attorneys' calendars are well-organized and our caseload continues to grow. - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client outreach and partnership initiatives.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and maintain current client records through meticulous data entry and documentation.

- Manage your own schedule to accommodate meetings with prospective clients and follow up with those who initially declined our services, as well as current clients for quality assurance calls. - Keep thorough records in a centralized database. - Work collaboratively with your team to support fellow coordinators in assisting prospective clients in finding clarity and relief regarding their situations. - Facilitate a smooth transition to the legal team once a case is initiated. - Engage in discussions with management about lead quality and volume, providing constructive feedback based on your frontline experiences.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities as a representative of our firm. - Employ a consultative approach during client interactions to effectively communicate the value of our services. - Stay informed about legal industry trends and bar regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM and case management software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong skills in data management and computer literacy.
- Background in customer service or sales is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation:
- Starting at $55,000+
