Position SummaryWe are seeking a meticulous individual for the role of Account Coordinator within a vibrant e-commerce environment. This contract position offers a chance to demonstrate your organizational expertise and play a pivotal role in our operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed and any concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination to ensure prompt and precise fulfillment.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Data Management: Evaluate account data, monitor essential metrics, and prepare reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Experience: Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
