Client Services Coordinator

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Availability for a flexible, full-time work schedule
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (not applicable in specific locations)
- Proof of automobile insurance is required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and inviting demeanor
- Ability to collaborate effectively and function as a team member
- Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Exhibit strong organizational and management capabilities
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Assistant Manager to the Client Services Manager (CSM), prepared to assume responsibilities during their absence with minimal support
- Oversee general facility management, ensuring the upkeep of equipment and technology, including copiers, printers, laptops, telephones, and other essential devices
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, provide general information, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the reception area during off-duty hours of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), welcoming visitors and addressing their needs
- Support the CSM in maintaining a clean and organized facility, ensuring that the CSR team adheres to cleanliness standards
- Monitor office safety, securing valuables, and managing access to the office space
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring timely reordering of supplies as necessary
- Oversee shipping operations, managing the dispatch of items as instructed
- Provide documentation support by assisting in the implementation of current policies and procedures
- Lead training initiatives for new CSRs, coordinating schedules and fostering their development
- Maintain and update Client Workbooks under the guidance of the CSM
- Collaborate with the CSM to gather client information and prepare for upcoming projects
- Engage in project activities, fulfilling typical CSR duties, including food service and administrative tasks
- Assist with procurement of supplies and food for clients and projects, utilizing personal transportation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CSM
