  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders through effective communication and empathy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including transcription, research, and spreadsheet management.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control calls and interviews with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that our services are being delivered to the highest standard.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to grow our client base.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and experience with case management and CRM systems.
