Job Summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Inventory Lead to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all inventory-related tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing shipments.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the back room is organized, tidy, and easy to navigate.
    • Manage daily destock and restock processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Business Operations
    • Attend monthly inventory meetings to discuss inventory trends and strategies.
    • Manage store-to-store transfers and manual restocks to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Process shipments and ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.
    • Identify and communicate product concerns to the store management team.
    Requirements
    • Availability to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
    • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
    • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
    • Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.
