- Provide World-Class Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive Sales: Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and provide this information to customers to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Execute Daily Operational Goals: Execute the daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Continuously Improve Knowledge: Continuously work on increasing knowledge of the products we sell and their uses, and provide this knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maintain awareness of merchandising issues, stock problems, pricing concerns, labeling and signage issues, and notify management of these issues.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Establishing relationships and working with customers, trade skills, and a personality that supports our Core Values and mission.
- Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of retail computer systems, solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
