Job Title: Reproductive Freedom Field Director

Job Summary:

The Outreach Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Director to lead our Reproductive Freedom for All campaign in Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of local canvassers to engage with residents in Arizona and protect access to reproductive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to talk to Arizonans about the state of abortion access.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to reach registered voters in assigned locations.
  • Manage administrative duties, including reporting data, record keeping, processing payroll, and distribution of materials.
  • Build a diverse team where staff feel respected, while fostering a culture of equity and justice.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure integrity of the work.
  • Go in the field yourself a few days per week to collect signatures, train staff, and help drive office goals.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, ability to motivate, grow, and manage a large team.
  • Eagerness to lead from the front and canvass several days a week.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in others.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement.
  • Track record of equity and inclusion.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
