We achieve this by digitally capturing agent banks' data on a real-time basis onto a single centralized platform. This platform provides participants with the loan market's most credible source of deal information.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Integration Specialist who is a well-rounded, fast learner with system integration experience. The ideal candidate will work directly with our top-tier institutional clients on implementation and integration projects, handling the technical aspects of onboarding and guiding our clients during product adoption.

The successful candidate will be a strong, patient communicator with the ability to manage multiple workflows. They will work closely with the Implementation and Client Success teams to provide technical support for new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, coordinate and execute activities to ensure prompt delivery of complex integration projects
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Versana products, integration capabilities and implementation process
  • Provide clients with technical integration assistance and training on all platform features
  • Define requirements by conducting discovery, scope reviews and process analysis
  • Offer clients integration onboarding solutions based on strict requirements
  • Handle technical implementation issues and risks, and monitor progress
  • Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation, escalating as necessary
  • Provide technical integration training to clients
  • Create client facing technical integration documentation for both agents and lenders
  • Manage multiple clients and projects while adhering to specified timelines
  • Resolve production issues as required
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience with system integration
  • 3+ years implementation experience
  • Exposure to capital markets
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, micro services and cloud solutions
  • Technical expertise in SQL
  • Flexibility and commitment required to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Strong focus on client needs, with a sense of empathy for the process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent mindset requiring little supervision to complete tasks and projects
  • Ownership over projects and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Adeptness at managing complex situations and mobilizing internal resources
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Benefits
