Job Title: Integration Specialist

At ShipHero, we're on a mission to revolutionize e-commerce logistics. As an Integration Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in connecting our clients' systems with our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS).

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality integration tools to drive customer growth.
  • Act as a trusted platform expert for potential clients, driving sales, success, and expansion of accounts.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of customers' technology landscapes and how they align with ShipHero's software.
  • Gather, prioritize, and communicate customer use cases to our Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing our product strategy and development roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software integration.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Enhance efficiency within internal teams by designing automated workflows and developing sophisticated internal tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software integration.
  • Strong technical background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with electronic data interchange models in an commerce fulfillment solution is a strong plus.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as SPS Commerce, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
