Overview

At HealthEquity, our mission is to empower healthcare consumers by providing innovative solutions that connect health and wealth. We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Manager II to join our Partner Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup, analysis, validation, and integration of partner data exchanges
  • Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation tasks, create and manage project plans, and assist in developing project scope documentation
  • Coordinate the submission of requirements and track the progress of technical project development
  • Lead technical implementation calls, setting expectations and timelines with clients
  • Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing, and validate file solutions
  • Manage technical implementation documentation and contribute to team process documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years project management or related experience
  • Experience with data analysis and advanced MS-Excel functions
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with XML
  • MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong self-starter with internal motivation
  • Negotiation skills to achieve compliance with specifications
  • Ability to listen, understand, and solve problems
  • Ability to lead and explain technical requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to work with ambiguous instructions
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple ongoing projects
