Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary plus commission, with an earning potential ranging from $90,000 to $125,000.

Candidate Profile

New Home Star is looking for a motivated, educated, and goal-oriented sales professional. If you meet the following criteria, you may be an excellent fit for this role:

  • Ability to work on-site during business hours, including weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for assisting customers with significant purchasing decisions.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A valid Florida real estate license is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation for travel during work hours.
  • Current driver's license and liability insurance are required.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through the home building and purchasing process.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the local Realtor community and attract potential home buyers.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training through our proprietary sales enablement platform and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate regularly with the local sales team and present quarterly business strategies to builder partners to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee the model home during operational hours, including weekends, while ensuring the model home and sales office are well-maintained.
