Position Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting residential properties to install energy-saving products aimed at reducing electricity usage. This role is crucial in assisting customers in understanding how to enhance their home's energy efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install energy-efficient items in homes, including LED lighting, low-flow water fixtures, insulation materials, and more.
  • Provide education to customers on energy conservation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and report findings to the Field Supervisor.
  • Document any safety concerns and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to travel to various job sites.
  • Engage in community outreach events to promote energy efficiency programs.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the region.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, HVAC, construction, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a partner.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and ethical practices.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
