Qualifications

New Home Star is looking for a motivated, educated, and goal-oriented sales professional. If you meet the following criteria, you may be an excellent fit for this position:

  • Ability to work on-site during business hours, including weekends.
  • Strong passion and aptitude for assisting customers with significant purchasing decisions.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A valid Florida real estate license is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for travel throughout the workday.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and current liability insurance.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional role.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and guide clients through the home building and purchasing process.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the local Realtor community and attract potential home buyers.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training through our proprietary platform and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate regularly with the local sales team and present quarterly business plans to builder partners to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee the model home during operational hours, including weekends, while ensuring the model home and sales office are well-maintained.
