Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analysis Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in identifying new avenues across diverse business domains. In this position, you will collaborate with clients from various regions, formulating a strategic approach to business analysis for projects of varying scales and complexities. Your duties will encompass mentoring the business analysis team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements through a variety of methodologies
  • Establishing Business Objectives, Goals, and Needs
  • Identifying opportunities for product, process, and team enhancements
  • Structuring Business Analysis, including management of Business Analysis Information, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication on multi-faceted or large-scale initiatives
  • Developing stakeholder engagement strategies and ensuring their active participation in the delivery process
  • Translating business needs into comprehensive requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
  • Selecting or tailoring requirement documentation frameworks to suit project demands
  • Determining requirements change management strategies and ensuring thorough traceability
  • Aligning solutions with business Objectives/Goals/Needs
  • Planning BA activities and facilitating during the Discovery phase
  • Managing project/product backlog
  • Providing direction and aligning requirements prioritization across all levels
  • Taking on the role of BA Team Lead within the project
  • Conducting Technical Interviews for BA positions
  • Coaching and mentoring other BAs within the project team or organization

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
  • Expertise in generating various types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead elicitation activities on multi-faceted or large-scale projects
  • Skill in identifying and resolving inconsistencies in project/product requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) or traditional approaches (e.g., RUP)
  • Proficient in planning Business Analysis approaches for projects and facilitating related communications
  • Adept at creating/adapting a variety of templates for project utilization
  • Knowledgeable in organizing and facilitating stakeholder communication across various levels using relevant techniques
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new information about projects, products, and domains from multiple sources
  • Experience in creating diagrams (e.g., UML, BPMN)
  • Understanding and recommending suitable software development processes and contributing to their enhancement
  • Effective oversight of BA activities throughout all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.)
  • Expertise in project/product scope management and controlling scope creep
  • Accurate evaluation of project/business analysis risks and appropriate actions
  • Experience in estimating BA efforts, modeling, and prototyping for large-scale projects
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (Jira, Target Process, Rally, etc.)
  • Experience in mentoring/coaching BAs, leading a team of BAs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing capabilities
  • Product-oriented mindset
  • English Level: C1
