Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst Lead to enhance our capabilities and explore new avenues across diverse business sectors.

In this position, you will collaborate with clients from various regions, establishing a robust business analysis framework for projects of varying sizes and complexities. You will also lead the business analysis team, fostering a culture of learning and sharing best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and clarify requirements utilizing various elicitation techniques.
  • Define and articulate Business Goals, Needs, and Objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in products, processes, and team dynamics.
  • Strategize Business Analysis, including Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Communication across multi-stream or large-scale projects.
  • Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure active participation throughout the delivery process.
  • Convert business needs into comprehensive requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition).
  • Select or modify existing documentation frameworks to align with project demands.
  • Determine requirements change management strategies and ensure appropriate traceability.
  • Align solutions with established business Goals, Needs, and Objectives.
  • Plan and facilitate BA activities during the Discovery phase.
  • Oversee project/product backlog management.
  • Advise on requirements prioritization strategies at all levels.
  • Assume the role of BA Team Lead within the project.
  • Conduct Technical Interviews for prospective BA candidates.
  • Mentor and guide other BAs within the project team or organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating various types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition).
  • Capability to effectively lead elicitation activities in multi-stream or large-scale projects.
  • Skills to identify and rectify inconsistencies in project/product requirements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) or traditional approaches (e.g., RUP).
  • Expertise in planning Business Analysis approaches and facilitating related communications.
  • Ability to create or adapt a suite of templates for project use.
  • Familiarity with arranging and facilitating stakeholder communications at various levels using diverse techniques (e.g., workshops, meetings, interviews).
  • Quick to acquire new information about projects, products, and domains from multiple sources.
  • Experience in creating diagrams (e.g., UML, BPMN).
  • Understanding of suitable software development processes and the ability to influence and enhance them.
  • Proficient in guiding BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management).
  • Expertise in managing project/product scope.
  • Ability to control scope creep effectively.
  • Skilled in assessing project/business analysis risks and responding appropriately.
  • Experience in estimating BA efforts for large-scale projects, modeling, and prototyping.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (e.g., Jira, Target Process, Rally).
  • Experience in mentoring/coaching BAs and leading BA teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing abilities.
  • Product-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
