At Travel Nurses, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team.

About the Job

This 15-week assignment in Vancouver, Washington, offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic ICU environment with a high level of patient care and acuity.

As an ICU RN, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, and ensuring seamless transitions of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and intervene promptly to prevent adverse outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State
  • 1-2 years of recent ICU experience
  • ICU certification (RN-BC or CCRN)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary Range

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $65-$85 per hour, based on experience and location. We offer a competitive tax-free stipend and comprehensive benefits package.
