Perinatal Special Care Unit Registered Nurse

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Perinatal Special Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a per diem/on-call, night shift position with hours offered from 7am-7:30pm, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in the Perinatal Special Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in perinatal care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
