About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in unit-based council and contribute to unit goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Current Washington RN licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • Minimum 1 year of recent and continuous critical care experience or 3 years in an acute care setting with 400 hours in a critical care unit within the previous year
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
