Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures and technologies
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
