About the RoleThis per diem/on-call, night shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Perinatal Special Care Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 1 year Nursing experience
