About the Role

This per diem/on-call, night shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of patient-centered care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Perinatal Special Care Unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
  • 1 year Nursing experience
