Located in Clayton, MO, CMA Global is a reputable consulting firm with a dedicated team of 50 professionals serving over 400 clients. We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator with a preference for candidates possessing 5 years of relevant experience. Our work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and supportive, with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, with flexible hours as needed for events.

Reporting Structure:

In this matrix environment, you will collaborate closely with consultants, CMA owners/partners, and leadership. You will report directly to the Director of Operations & Client Experience, with additional responsibilities to one of the Managing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute impactful marketing and advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience, aligning with our core message: "When your employees thrive, your business thrives."
  • System Familiarity: Gain an in-depth understanding of CMA's systems and software, ensuring seamless integration with marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales data, manage promotional materials, and prepare insightful reports based on website analytics.
  • Strategic Marketing: Implement marketing strategies that align with CMA's overarching goals, utilizing insights from our analytics.
  • Quarterly Marketing Focus: Identify key areas for marketing emphasis each quarter, leveraging resources for effective tracking and support.
  • Financial Collaboration: Work with the finance team to analyze sales data and track service/product performance.
  • Reporting: Compile detailed marketing reports by analyzing sales and marketing data.
  • Promotional Material Management: Oversee the coordination and inventory of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our brand image.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with market insights, trends, and forecasts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry competitors to stay informed about market dynamics.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage meetings and events, utilizing past insights for planning.
  • Financial Monitoring: Track and analyze financial performance against forecasts.
  • Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ownership: Take initiative in fulfilling organizational goals and seek opportunities for value addition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing coordination and management.
  • Proven track record in leading SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong creativity with a focus on audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and digital marketing strategies.
