Position Overview:

Advantage Home Care is in search of a meticulous and organized Marketing Support Specialist. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating our marketing initiatives and ensuring the efficient functioning of our marketing operations.

Compensation: Pay rate ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team in coordinating various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases (CRMs).
  • Help create and refine marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Organize marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate weekly reports to monitor the marketing team's effectiveness and organize information electronically.

Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Support Specialist will provide essential administrative assistance to the marketing team and the Director of Marketing, ensuring seamless marketing operations while adhering to the company's ethical standards and mission.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative or support capacity, ideally within a marketing context.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent work experience will be considered.
