This role will involve executing email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, managing direct mail, conducting telemarketing efforts, coordinating speaking engagements, and integrating various marketing activities to expand our overall sales funnel with high-quality leads.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to build a long-term career in the financial sector
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a marketing or sales capacity
  • Preferred experience or knowledge in the industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all new prospective client interactions; assess if the prospect aligns with the firm's goals and, if so, arrange a meeting with the advisor
  • Reconnect with prospects who have disengaged; responsible for scheduling initial appointments on the Advisor's calendar
  • Participate in and assist with all seminars, including attendee management, CRM data entry, and follow-up
  • Support Marketing in developing the Annual Marketing Calendar; assist the Wheelhouse Team with various marketing or administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Snappy Kraken to manage weekly email DRIP list content; incorporate new prospects into the Snappy Kraken campaign as necessary
  • Contribute to the creation of TV Show scripts based on market insights; develop informational graphics for the TV Show
  • Input new prospective clients into the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system from prospecting and marketing initiatives
  • Work independently and proactively to achieve both business and personal objectives

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$60,000
