Key Responsibilities:

  • Best Practices: Implement essential SEO and advertising best practices to customize written content according to placement type.
  • Research Expert: Conduct thorough content research and competitor analysis in partnership with the account team.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver flawless content that meets both client and agency standards for quality and volume.
  • Editing Proficiency: Review, edit, and ensure compliance with client preferences and style guides as necessary.
  • Content Development: Responsible for generating, crafting, and writing content for email marketing, newsletters, white papers, blogs, advertisements, and more.
  • Growth Potential: This part-time role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must provide a link to or upload a portfolio showcasing their work.
  • Quick Decision-Making: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, making swift decisions without compromising quality.
  • Professional Standards: All team members are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct that reflects the agency's core values.
  • Startup Experience: Experience in a fast-paced startup, a full-service digital marketing agency, or the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
  • Education & Experience: A BS degree in marketing, writing, journalism, digital media, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have three to five years of relevant experience that aligns with the duties and responsibilities of this role. A passion for content creation and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
