Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and services.
  • Inspire and guide the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Train and onboard new front desk personnel.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing details.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance their experiences.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Monitor compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cash handling is essential.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and fellow team members.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a front desk role.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
