Position Summary:
Are you a warm and sociable individual with a dedication to crafting unforgettable guest experiences? As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the friendly face of our hotel. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests feel appreciated and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, establishing a positive first impression for guests.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  • Promptly address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist guests with recommendations and information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with hotel property management software.
