Marketing Analytics and Business Insights (MABI) Team Overview

The MABI team at AbbVie is a dynamic and growing group of researchers, analysts, and strategists dedicated to delivering high-quality intelligence and insights to support the US Commercial organization. Our team is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and is committed to being the gold standard Research & Analytics organization within the biopharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and deploy analytic solutions to support business needs across the Neuroscience Franchise
* Lead the development of a comprehensive Data Lake, Liveramp Safe haven, Reporting, and Measurement solution for the Neuroscience portfolio
* Partner with Digital Brand Team, Brand, and center MABI teams to identify key business use cases and enhance the effectiveness of omni marketing efforts
* Collaborate with multiple marketing agencies and Providers to identify/review use cases impacting business outcomes
* Collaborate with center MABI to drive the development of Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) Models
* Implement LiveRamp Safe Haven to analyze customer purchase behavior by integrating PTD, third-party datasets, and generated internal audience for targeting/retargeting
* Build, coach, and maintain a high-performing and diverse team of analytical, quantitative, and business-minded individuals

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics reflecting the diverse contributions across the functions
* Experience with advanced modeling and analytic methods and ability to produce results that fully leverage available data and analytics
* Strong leadership and communication skills

**Location:**

AbbVie is recruiting for this role in Chicago, IL, Irvine, CA, or Florham Park, NJ. Talent must be willing to commute into the office (3 days a week) in their applicable location.
